A very difficult hurdle to overcome is to ask What would I like" as opposed to "What do I Need" The difference can be quite large - both in size and in actual cost. I have prepared plans for well over three thousand extensions so I am happy to advise you when I make the first visit but it is your choice and decision that be made. When that decision is made then the plans can be prepared.
