We are pleased to act for either the contractor or the home owner direct.

In all cases the basic and standard service will comprise : -

Initial telephone advice and a firm indication of the fees
Site visit and further discussion of the finer points of the proposed building
Design to satisfy the Local Authority and to enhance your property
An indication of the proposed construction costs if necessary
Preparation of plans for Building Regulations and any Planning requirements
Completion of the forms for Planning and Building Regulation applications
Advice regarding party wall matters and the required notices
Dealing with any Building Regulation queries including structural calculations
All taken through to completion

This is our primary objective.

We treat the project with a positive attitude and eliminate problems.
There is no connection to any building contractor or manufacturer so the advice given is totally independent. The drawings produced have sufficient detail to enable any reasonably competent builder - or even an enthusiastic self builder - to complete the project.
The plans will transform your ideas into a realistic and achievable scheme.
Structural Calculations can also be undertaken for plans prepared by others.
Fixed priced fees are quoted in advance of any site visit.
